Short version: we collect what we need to quote your tow and run the job, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you type into the quote form: your name, your phone number, the type of unit, where the unit is, and whether you need an emergency pickup, a scheduled move or a fleet account.
- What you tell us on the phone or on WhatsApp: the details of the job, the destination you choose, and any billing contact you give us for an account.
- Basic technical and advertising information: the page you landed on, the page that referred you, whether you are on a phone or a computer, the language you chose, and Google click identifiers (gclid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) when you arrive from an ad.
- Job documentation: photographs of the unit taken before the hook and at delivery, kept as part of the service record.
What we do with it
- Call you back with the rate lines and an arrival estimate, and run the job.
- Issue an itemized invoice and keep the records a transportation business has to keep.
- Measure which ads and which pages actually produce calls, so we do not waste money on the ones that do not.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit delivers the quote form to our email inbox.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measure ad performance. When a conversion is reported, Google may receive a hashed version of the contact details you submitted (this is called enhanced conversions). The hashing happens in your own browser.
- Our email and phone providers, to receive and answer your message.
Each of them only gets what it needs to do that job.
Calls and messages
When you call either of our numbers, or write to us on WhatsApp, we use the number you contacted us from to call or message you back about that job. If a Google Ads call forwarding number is in use, Google may record the call connection data for reporting. We do not add you to a marketing list because you called us for a tow.
Cookies and similar technology
This site stores a small amount of information in your own browser: the language you picked, and, in the tab you are using, the campaign tags you arrived with so the quote form can carry them. Google Analytics and Google Ads set their own cookies when those tags are active. You can clear or block all of it in your browser settings, and the page will still work: the phone numbers, the form and every link keep functioning.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that never became a job: up to 24 months. Completed jobs, invoices and the photographs that go with them: as long as Florida tax and transportation record rules require, and no longer than we need them for a billing dispute.
Your choices
Write to heavyforcetowing@icloud.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer in plain language and we do not charge for it. If a record is tied to an invoice we are legally required to keep, we will tell you which part we cannot delete and why.
Children
This is a commercial heavy towing service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be stated plainly rather than buried.
