Terms of service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These terms cover what this website is, and how we quote, dispatch, deliver and bill a heavy tow. Nothing here replaces the written quote for your specific job: the quote wins.
1. Who you are contracting with
Heavy Force Towing Corp, a Florida corporation, document number P26000010897, USDOT 4544870, registered at 1755 W 42nd St, Hialeah, FL 33012.
2. What this website is
It is an information and contact page. Sending the form or tapping a phone number does not create a contract and does not dispatch a truck. A job exists once we have spoken with you, given you the rate lines and an arrival estimate, and you have told us to go.
3. What we tow
Heavy duty units only: semis and tractor-trailers, box trucks, dump trucks, refuse trucks, tankers, RVs, fire apparatus and heavy equipment. We do not tow passenger cars or light pickups. If your unit is outside what our equipment can safely handle, we say so on the call instead of accepting the job.
4. Quotes and price
- You get the rate lines and an estimated arrival time before we dispatch. An estimate is an estimate: traffic, weather and scene conditions move it.
- Charges are limited to the published line items: hook and recovery, time on scene, loaded miles, a stated after-hours differential, storage when you request it, and additional units that you approve in advance.
- If the scene turns out to need more than we quoted, we stop, we call you, and we wait for your approval before anything else moves.
- The invoice repeats the quoted lines in the same order.
5. Destination and storage
You choose where the unit goes and it is written on the quote before we hook. We do not hold equipment to force a payment. We store a unit only when you ask us to, and storage is charged per calendar day at the rate stated in your quote. Storage never begins without your instruction.
6. Your responsibilities
- Confirm that you own the unit or that you are authorised to request the tow.
- Describe the unit honestly, including load, weight and any damage, so the correct equipment is sent.
- Remove or declare cargo, tools and personal property. We are not a warehouse and we do not inventory loose contents.
- Tell us about hazardous materials before we arrive. We may decline a job on that basis.
7. Photographs and documentation
We photograph the unit before the hook and again at delivery, and we keep those photographs as part of the job record. They exist so a condition dispute is a comparison rather than an argument. We send them to you on request.
8. Cancellation
Cancel before the truck rolls and there is no charge. If the unit is already on the way or on scene, the hook or a partial time charge may apply, and we tell you the amount when you cancel rather than after.
9. Payment
Payment is due as stated on the quote. Account customers are billed under the terms agreed when the account is opened. Purchase orders are accepted on account jobs.
10. Scope of operation
We operate in Florida. Emergency recovery of a disabled unit that has to cross a state line is arranged case by case. We do not take non-emergency hauling for hire outside Florida.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount charged for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue, downtime, missed delivery windows or lost loads. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Accuracy of this site
The USDOT number, the Florida document number, the incorporation date and the safety figures on this site come from public records (FMCSA SAFER and the Florida Division of Corporations) and reflect those records as of the dates stated on the page. Public records change. If a figure here ever conflicts with the live record, the live record is the truth.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs to the courts of the county in which the job took place.
